OUR TEAM

Kristina (Tina) West

Licensed Massage Therapist, OR#10790

Kristina (Tina) is the owner and a Licensed Massage Therapist at Sherwood Massage Therapy, LLC. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience helping clients feel better, move more comfortably, and manage the aches and tension that come with everyday life.

Her approach to massage is therapeutic and individualized. She understands that no two people are the same and tailors each session to what her client’s body needs that day. Whether someone is dealing with chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply feeling the effects of everyday life, Tina’s goal is to provide effective massage in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

One of the things Tina values most about being a massage therapist is the relationships she has built with her clients over the years. Many have been with her for a long time, and she is grateful for the trust they place in her and the referrals that have helped her practice grow.

Outside of the massage room, Tina enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, camping, and, of course, her dogs.

At Sherwood Massage Therapy, Tina provides experienced, focused, quality therapeutic massage tailored to each client.

Michaella West

Licensed Massage Therapist, OR#29718

Michaella is passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better through therapeutic massage.

Michaella is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, where she completed an intensive 800-hour professional massage therapy program. As part of her training, she completed 28 clinical hours in the Student Clinic, providing massage therapy services to members of the public. Her education gave her a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathology, therapeutic techniques, and client-centered care, preparing her to support clients with a wide range of wellness goals.

Her practice incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, and Cupping. She takes an individualized approach to every session, tailoring her techniques and pressure to each client’s specific needs and goals.

Her passion for movement, combined with her desire to support others, naturally led her to massage therapy. She loves learning about how the body moves and finding ways to help people feel more comfortable and connected to their bodies. For Michaella, massage is more than a service—it’s an opportunity to help people take care of themselves, stay active, and feel their best.

Whether a client is seeking relief from chronic tension or pain, recovering from athletic activity, managing everyday stress, or simply taking time to relax and restore, her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable and cared for.

Michaella looks forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey and helping you move, feel, and live your best.
